The emblem depicted on the above shown stamps was established in 1882 in the official Greek Government Newspaper.

This stamp , of the municipality of Skyros, shows the bow of a ship surrounded by the words “Municipality of Skyros” .

This emblem was found on an ancient marble slate that was sent to the Archaeological Museum of Athens.
